Hello,

I changed the offer for my mobile phone 0176xxxxx260 today and I received an email that O2 TV has been activated. please disactivate it I never request this option and I cannot pay 5 Eur every month.

please disactivate it as soon as possible before it becomes too late.

The o2 TV option has been part of your contract since you originally ordered it in 2022 and the package itself has a duration of 24 months and runs until August of this year.
