But do not worry, if you cannot do the payment, the device will be cancelled automatically, and you can go into one of our shops to buy the phone there.

the problem is that I called the O2 English staff, and they send me a message with another payment method, and I transferred the "einmalig kosten” to Telefonica Germany's account (DE1670020270000571XXXX).
So, how can I receive my money back if I cancel this order?
Btw, one of the products I ordered was sent today although I did nothing to confirm. :))
