I orderd a sim card 26th October, but now 4th Nov. it is still in delivery. It is more than a week and is not trackable. What can I do now?

Another 4 days passed, I still got nothing in my mail box. What can I do now? Can I have a sim card directly in store onsite?

Was the card that you ordered a replacement card for your contract or was this about a completely new contract and its sim that you are waiting for?
