Can someone from O2 community help me of my request??

Ich habe Iphone pro max 128gb vor einer Woche bestellt und laut Warteliste sollte es in einer Woche geliefert werden. aber im Bestellstatus wird immer noch Vorbestellung angezeigt.

 kann jemand von O2 nachschauen und mir mitteilen, wann es geliefert wird?

First of all, I like to note that you please do not write different messages for the same topic. This only makes more work for us and your threads are not answered quicker.   

But of course, I understand that you are eagerly looking forward to your iPhone. 

Did you already get the AccepteMail? Please check also your spam-folder. 

In this e-mail you find a link to pay the pre-payment for your device. Did you already do that?

If yes, I do not see any hindrances for the delivery.

Did you mean 1€ for the confirmation of the order. If yes then I have already paid that amount.

I also got the accepte email.

But my question is still there. On order status it is still showing pre-order. No date when it will be delivered and most of the time I am not at home so there is probability that I would not  be able to receive. If I get to know the exact time than I would stay at home to collect it.

Don´t worry, as soon as the delivery order is given to DHL, you will get a tracking-number and you will be informed of the exact delivery-date by DHL. 

At the moment, I cannot tell you an exact delivery-date.
