Hello everyone I have some very big problems with my sim card, my card was closed a few months earlier than it should have been, the contract was supposed to end in July, I had some payment delays, I admit that, but I really need the phone number, I've been to o2 stores but I've only received negative responses saying I can't get my phone number back, does anyone have any ideas what I can do? thank you very much

 

Hello,You can port your number to another provider. O2 will not reactivate the contract because it was terminated due to late payments.

 


You can port the phone number to a prepaid SIM card or contract 90 days after it is switched off.

Unfortunately, your contract was terminated due to payment arrears. Alternatively, you can change your number to another provider.

If your contract was deactivated due to missed payments, then a reactivation is not possible in that case. You can still as it has already been pointed out, port your number away from us to a new provider, if the number itself is important for you. We generally hold the number back for 90 days past the date of the contract’s deactivation.
