Hello. I took a sim from Alexander Platz in October 2019 and the shop person said it was a contract for one year. Later when I went to pay my first month bill they took 109euros from me and said it was activation fee which they never told me while taking the sim, when I contacted the store from which I took the sim he said 50 euros is activation fee and the remaining amount will be deducted for monthly plan. Today again 40euros was deducted from my account and in the bill the contract was for 2 years. Can you please explain what is happening?

Did you read the contract that you signed (or have somebody read it that speaks German?). The explanation is probably in the contract. Have you been charged for something that is not in the contract? The activation fee should be 39,99 and contracts run for 2 years initially.

No the store person speaks English and said it's for one year and every month 20euros will be deducted. Now something else is happening.

That doesn’t really answer the question about what it says in the contract you signed. You need to compare this with the invoice.

Hello @Akku68, welcome at our community. I am sorry that you have issues with the contract.

Do you have the contract and did you read whats written in there? Our contracts have a term of 24 months and it will be extended if you do not cancel.

Kind regards, Ines.
