I need to change my data tarif to all rounder tarif as I can’t make calls or sms. Can someone please helo me that how to do that. Do I need to buy a new sim and cancel the current contract?

You can cancel the Data now, but it ends after 24 month. When you want an Allrounder Tarif, you must pay for two contracts til the Data ends

 

It's not possible to take the Number from the o2 Data to a new o2 contract directly.

Is the Data a FLEX or 24 month contract?

It’s 24 month contract not flex. Should I then cancel my contract? What I also need to keep my same number with my mew contract?

What is the point of cancelling the contract when I need to pay for it till the end of 24 months? Please elaborate on this. Moreover, I mistakenly transferred my old phone number to O2 data sim and is there any way to revert from it or get a new contract with same number? I feel stuck in between the data contract and losing my number.

When did the Data contract started? More then 14 days? 

 

When more than 14 days you can only change with your Number to Aldi Talk Prepaid and than back to a new o2 contract. The Data gets a new phone number til the end.

I understand the number changing process but in short I need to pay for 2 contracts if I want all rounder Tarif? Is that the case?

welcome to our English Community. 

Nice that @Bollermann explained everything to you already. 

It´s a pity that you missed the 14 days-withdrawal-period. Now, you have to fulfill the minimum-period of 24 months. There is no way to end your data-contract earlier. 

Do you already know which mobile phone-contract is already convenient for you? If you like, I can help you to find the correct tariff for you. Just have a look here:our mobile phone tariffs

As you have already a contract with o2 (your data-tariff), you will not be able to get the 100 € change-benefit (100 € Wechsel-Bonus). 

Additionally, you will not be able to get the 50%-combination-benefit (Kombivorteil) for your second contract as the tariff “o2 my Data S” is not valid to get this benefit.
