Data speed is extremely slow


Hello, I just bought my prepaid SIM card today. It was the 9.99EU for 3.5 GB. However, when I use the it, the data speed is extremely slow with 0.04 mbps download (see picture below). Can anyone help me with this?

@Trang Tran What Post code you live? What smartphone you use?

Did you receive the confirmation that the package has been activated? Or have you received a SMS that the Surf Dayflat has been activated?

 

Enter Mein o2 and check the state of the package: Active? Inactive? Ordered, still wait for charging? (Aktiv - Inaktiv - Bestellt, wartet auf Aufladung)

No I haven’t received the confirmation. Now I realize that I need to choose the package. However, the credit on my account is not enough.

@Joe Doe : Could you ask Katja / Larissato change the Surf Dayflat into the package which @trang Tran wants?

Usually you have to choose the package first and then charge the fee for it. After paying the price you will get the confirmation for the activation. If the process is started vice versa the Surf-Day-Flat is activated to protect you from highspend. I put on a benefit of the missing amount so the My Prepaid L can be paid. Please be a little patient.

He bought the starter pack today and you can always read (in big letters) O2 My Prepaid M or O2 My Prepaid L, etc.. On the left bottom part you can read (only in small letters)  that you only get the starting credit, and you have to book the package yourself. He has probably not seen that and therefore it is nice that you have made an exception.
