quick question:
the first card has not arrived at all?
Because this card has already been activated with the note that it was already delivered on 24.02.. If this is not the case, please deactivate it again in your My o2 account! This is an additional data card, right?
If you have now ordered a new one, then you would already have two.
Have you possibly moved recently and not yet changed your address? I'm just looking for possibilities why the sim card might not have reached you.

i didn’t receive it at all (Card No.4) which is data card , i will go ahead and deactivate it , and i ordered a new one , hopefully to receive it soon,

I Confirm that i received Sim No.5 Yesterday, so i think Sim No.4 was lost in mail.
i have a question regarding this incident: so now i only have 9 Sim cards in my contract , not 10 ?
not that i need 10 , but just as a question.

If you haven't moved recently, the sim card is probably really lost.
But it's good to hear that the new card has arrived!
And briefly about your contract:
The SIM card that was lost on the way to you does not change your contract conditions. If you want to deactivate the sim card yourself in your My o2 account, you can do so - then it will no longer be visible as a sim and you will continue to use your 4 cards as normal. This means you can also order this card again. You will not lose anything as a result. Alternatively, you can send me the last 4 digits of the sim card (should be visible to you in My o2) and we will deactivate it for you.
But as I said, we need the last digits so that we don't make a mistake!
