Data connection problem

From this morning im not able to connect to internet by using my data and i added 15 euro i received a sms but cannot see the load in my APP

hello @o2_Jessica , thanks a lot for your help, i added yesterday a 15 euro voucher i received an SMS but my balance still 0 euro, and now the voucher is no more valid because i load it but cannot find it in my app. Any idea what should i do ?

as mentioned in my previous answer, there is a prepaid problem at the moment.

You do not have to do anything. Just check the link and there you find the information about that.

Work continues to eliminate the problem!
