I am about to leave Germany and hence I need to terminate my o2 contract (home S flex).
I followed the online procedure but at the end I have been asked for a "4-digit personal customer code". The page says I should find it on top of the contract, but there's nothing.
I've made some searches over the past threads here and I found I should have received it by post at home but I am quite sure I haven't received anything.
Could you help me? Thank you in advance
