Credit Disappeared after refill - Prepaid

Hello,

I have refilled my SIM card with 15€ to subscribe to the Kombi 6GB tarif but the money disappeared.I received an sms from O2 on 8.01.2023 at 8:52 am stating that the amount of 15 euros will be deducted from my bank account within the next 3 days. yet I still have no idea where the credit is. 

Could you please help me solve this issue?

Hello @sallytlmt,
If I understand you correctly, the €15 was debited from your bank account but no credit was activated on your prepaid card? Was there perhaps a return debit? Have you ever checked this?
