cooperation partner Teqcycle


Hi There,

I have ordered a galaxy s23 ultra and would like to trade in my old device ( s22 ultra 128GB ). The policy is saying that I will receive an email from the cooperation partner Teqcycle after the confirmation of the order. My order is confirmed but I did not receive any email from the cooperation partner Teqcycle. Need some guidance what to do next. Thank you

I have made a mistake while making a order. I though this will be a separate process i did not put trade In in the cart. Is there any possibility to cancel the order and make it again?

Do I understand you correctly, you have accidentally placed several orders?
But you only wanted one phone, right? Then we can cancel the other order. In which color do you want to get the phone?
