Dear O2 staff

 

HI, 

I want to terminate my contract since moving out of Germany. 

I have submitted the application and new house contract and student letter. 

Today I can see the message from my O2 homepage saying: your contract has been terminated. 

Could you please check the status of my contract and please tell me till when I can still use my phone number. 

my contract number is 0176xy and 0176xy

your contract with the number -409 will be terminated at the 27.03.2022. At the number with -504, the termination is withdrawn.

Is everything as you wanted it to be?

Dear O2 staff

 

HI, I am interested in O2 home LTE contract 

If I order a sim of this contact (o2 my home M 50m/s), I assume I would receive a sim card from O2.

My question is : can I use this this sim card with my spare smart phone `s tethering function. I dont have other home wifi router with sim slot. I think as long as the sim card is micro or nano sim card, my phone would be able to fire the WLAN from the o2 4G lte signal

nice that you are interested in our o2 my Home (LTE/5G) contract. 

 

In order to use the sim-card, you need a router with LTE or 5G functionality. We offer already a router with a monthly rent of 4,99 €. 

 

Just have a look here: our o2 my Home LTE-tariffs 

 

Please, first of all check if the connection is available where you like to use o2 My Home (LTE/ 5G).
