It has been 10 days since I sent written application for cancellation of my O2 mobile contract. My 2 year contract ends on 01-Oct-2020 and I would want to terminate the contract after end of 2 year period. I have not received any acknowledgement from O2.
Request you to kindly confirm. This is my second request on O2 Hilfe forum. Hopefully someone should respond this time.
