Contract number for MyHandy

I bought a new phone without tariff online which I need to register to MyHandy for additional benefits. But I cannot find my contract number anywhere

You can find the contract number on your sales receipt respectively the invoice.

Hi @jelgun,

 

I’ve send you the contract ID per PN. We’ve also sent you the letter on the 22nd November. When the address (look in the PN) is correct and when you want it, then I would send to you a copy per letter.
