Contract got cancelled

Hello guys, 

Recently i have applied for a contract for a Samsung Tablet and sim Card but i got a mail that O2 can make a contract with me. I was really shocked to heard that then the person told me that sometimes it happens due to negative SCHUFA score. Then i have also checked my SCHUFA score but it's also more 95%. I am confused right now about the reason that why i getting this problem.. I will very thanksfull if i will get any reply.

I am sorry to hear that your order was rejected.
Unfortunately, we cannot see what the reason was. In the message to you, you will find the following note:
If you would like to know the reason for the My Handy rejection, please contact us in writing at:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Information Centre, 90345 Nuremberg.
In any case, please state your full address details (incl. first name and surname) as well as your date of birth.
This way you can ask why the order was rejected.
