I found an offer and extended my contract but I have the following question, hope the customer care can help me with these. (for my number 015...….67)

  1. I was told there will be no addition cost for this extention (no activation, no tarrif change fee) - the contract email  from O2 states 0 Eur tarrif change fee. But at the note below (standard text) there is a 39.99 Eur activation fee. Does this apply? 
  2. I got an email and a SMS that 1 month of HD TV is for free trail and later costs 9.99/m. Please deactivate this in case this active - as I m not sure if it was just info message or any activation confirmation. 
  3. Contract says I can get 2 additional multi sim and up to 7 datacard at no additional cost. Is multi-sim another sim with calling facility for the same number? Does these additional SIM cards cost any fee like activation? Can it be an e-SIM?

there are no activation charges if you just extend a contract. The o2 TV option is not booked for your contract, this was just an information and you can order it later as well.

 

Your contract offers two additional free multicards. They have the same phone number as your main card and you can also use them for calling. Text messages can be received with one sim only however. The additional data cards supply internet only. There is no activation fee, you can order them for free in our Mein o2 app or online in Mein o2. You can of course also order an eSIM there. If you need the eSIM for an apple watch, the eSIM has to be ordered via the apple watch app.
