Hi @Kyssmej,
welcome to our English Community.
I regret that something went wrong with the delivery of our o2 HomeSpot.
When exactly did you order the contract? Are you still in the withdrawal-period of 14 days (if you have ordered it online or by telephone)?
If you are already over the withdrawal-period of 14 days, then you only have the possibility to cancel your contract to the end of the 24-month-duration. A change to an o2 Free Unlimited-contract will not be possible.
Are you not happy with the o2 My Home-contract?
Of course, it is possible for you to port your Vodafone-number to your o2-contract at any time.
Just follow this link: porting your number to o2

Loving greetings,

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I ordered it last 10.05.21 actually. I have received the sim card but not the modem. Can you check it for me please if it's going to be sent still? Thank you.
Regarding the change of contact, I only want to terminate this one because I want to get a phone with sim in it. It's just like updating this one. But if it's not possible then perhaps I will just order the one without tariff. Just the phone.
Many thanks,
Mej
Hi @Kyssmej ,
I’ve taken a look at the contract confirmation, there is no router listed as part of the initial configuration, meaning there’s no open order for hardware to be sent.
New DSL hardware for rent would come with an one-off payment plus delivery costs. If we translate that to the HomeSpot 4G, we`d have 4,99 € per Month, 49,99 € one-off cost plus 9,99 € for the shipping.
Please also refer to the our price list for a full overview of the available options:
DSL Preisliste
Please let us know if you want us to place an order for the HomeSpot.
Also, if you have questions about the hardware or the contract, please feel free to contact us here again.
Best regards,
Kurt
