Contract cancelled but phone in preparation

I recently purchased the iPhone 11 Pro with the Free Unlimited Max offer for 54,99€.

I was asked to pay the one time fee for the device, which I have done. 

I just checked the status of my order for both the device and tariff. Device contract says “Bearbeitung”, while tariff status says “Vertrag Stoniert”. 
 

Could you tell me why this is so? I selected the offer, so why send me the phone and cancel the tariff? This is bizarre to be honest. Usually the opposite should happen.

Hi @o2_Andrea yes, I found a SIM card in the package. I’ll activate SIM card at end of the month. Thanks.

Dear @obiara ,

 

I can see that you received your iPhone 11 Pro. In the parcel of the phone was also the SIM-card contained. Do you have that SIM-card in your hands and want to activate it?
