I mistaken cancelled my contract to the next termin. Due to serious health issues.  I later found out in any event I could  continue with the contract.

I requested the contract not to be cancelled via private message.

I checked  the contract status last week , indeed the contract was set to continue.

To day to my great shock the contract  again set to be cancelled.

I would never had known if I had not checked my konto for another reason.

I do NOT authorize  my contract to be cancelled.

Inform me in writing when this has happened

Hi @ukguy,

an o2 employee is able to check this. But you don’t have to worry because you can still use your contract.

By the way it’s the first time I see this badly translated “Mein o2”. It’s a shame for Telefónica that they are not able to offer a 100% translated page.

Kind regards,
Alex

Hi @ukguy,

@MXP_Alex would be nice if Telefónica would offer 100% translation. Sadly I don’t see this happening any time soon. 99% of all corporations, Internet mobile providers doesn't support the English language. Trying to reach the likes of O2, Apple and co by phone  is a nightmare for us expats. The Bot uses  a complex menus structure, The bot  doesn't understand my broken German or my English style broken German. For new comers to Germany who wants for example a telephone line or staying papers  its very difficult. German is built on the very fact when one arrives  here they are expected to speak native German from the on set. Very little help is given. I’m lucky I'm marred to a German wife  I have basic German but not good enough for the likes of O2, Tax papers and the likes. That's the way It is. Now I use GROVER for renting ecteronic  devices they fully welcome the English speakers, The site is in German and English. with 100% native English speakers. Now I know O2 has English customer support but  the Telephone bot won't allow me to say in English “ Customer service please “ I've simply given up try to contact any customer support in Germany. I wish you a nice day.

o2 still has a long way to go with multiliungual support unfortunately (though the moderators here should be commended on doing the best they can without any real backup), and to be honest if they cannot or do not want to pay somebody to translate the pages properly they should just leave them entirely in German. The same goes for some of the documents currently available in English. I also hadn’t seen the English version of mein o2 before, but the translations are embarassing.
