Hello,

I have recently moved countries and I have to cancel my contract. I know the process of filling the form and submitting the relevant documents and paying 3 months fee.

What I wanted to ask is as below:

  1. Can I do this process digitally via email or this forum?
  2. Can I choose to pay for the three months fees together at once rather than paying it monthly?
  3. Since I have already moved, I don’t have address in Germany so what should I fill in the form?
  4. Since I moved back to my own homeland, what document serves as registration in the homeland? Will the copy of National Identity Card work?

Thanks

Hi @M24

welcome to our English community.

I regret that you like to cancel your contract because of moving abroad.

Please follow the instructions as mentioned here: http://g.o2.de/w21

Please write in the cancellation form for moving abroad your e-mail-address. Then our cancellation department will inform you by e-mail if they need any additional documents.

cross “e-mail address”
write here your current e-mail address
write here your German address that you had at last in Germany before your move

Our cancellatrion-department will also inform you about the 3 months fee in advance so that you have a chance to pay that amount at once.

If you do not have a registration document in the country you move to, please send us a  confirmation of your employer or landlord.

Please send the documents together with the cancellation form to following address:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Kundenbetreuung

90345 Nürnberg

or by fax to +49 1805 571 766

I hope I could help you with this information.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
