I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my phone contract for the Samsung S22 Ultra, which I purchased in November 2022.
Recently, I received a phone call informing me that my contract is scheduled to end on November 17, 2023. As I will be relocating to India, I do not intend to extend or renew the contract beyond this date. During the call, I was provided with a link to manage the cancellation, but I would appreciate your confirmation as to whether my sim contract will indeed be terminated on the specified date.
Please advise if any further steps are required from my side to ensure the cancellation process is completed smoothly.
