contract cancellation


I just bought a sim card from (Berliner tor) and I signed the contract. I spoke english on that time, because I didn't understand enough Deutsch. I think the seller signed for three sim cards for me and my friend and cheated us. I always receive 3 receipts, while I have just one sim card. I don't know what should I do?

   I think if o2 company doesn't solve these problems, it will goes to a big community problem and the reasons of the bankrupt and non believing of people. 

   Please cancel my two disapear and invisible simcards. I just want one sim card.

Did you maybe revisite this specific shop to talk about the contracts? I’m just asking because if there was a misunderstanding during the conversation in the shop, the shop maybe can revoke some contracts. If you send in a cancellation, it means the contracts will run for 24 months until they will be terminated. If something went wrong you can also file a complaint to our backoffice to the following address stated in our FAQ:

   Thanks for your suggestion. It's about 20 times I went to the shop, but the didn't paid attention. Now I receive the receipt for the 3 sim cards, while I have just one of them. I just want one sim card, but the seller says you signed the contract. It's not normal that a person have personally 3 sim card. If the cancellation of the contract is possible, please help me.

Now that some time has passed, I wanted to ask you what the current situation is? Have you been able to resolve your issue elsewhere in the meantime?
