Hello,

I have canceled my contract with o2 in dezember 2020, the day before the christmas lockdown.

I had to leave the country because of covid so i no longer could keep the contract. The employer who assisted me said everything was okay, I paid the fees they requested and it was canceled. But now i can’t contact him in the number he sent me.

Now i received a bill of 29,90€ to pay, but i no longer have or use the number and my old contract was 19,90€ a month. So i don’t understand what the problem is. Can anyone please help me? I don’t live in germany anymore

Did you fill in the form requesting early goodwill termination? And submit the required documents (in particular deregistration confirmation from the authorities in Germany and proof of residence abroad)? Did you receive any emails about your termination request? What fees did you pay?

I filled the request, with the employee that helped me, in dezember. I payed 111€ that was 3x my monthly fee plus the desregistration.

I don’t think I sent documents of the Government as I only received it when I was outside Germany, and n february. How can I submit the document now? Also, which proof of residence abroad does O2 require and where can I send it?

Will they still ask me to pay for this month bill? I didn’t use this number since January.

Also, I didn’t receive any email, I have just the termination contract and the bill they asked me to pay of 111€.

I wasn’t aware I had to send proof of residence abroad. Is it possible to so it now? I’m currently living in Brazil.
