Hi Team,
I took the O2 Contract in Apr 2018.Without my approval the contract was extended on Jan 2020.
As I was in Germany during that time I continued.
But I left Germany now in Dec 2020 , before leaving I have sent cancellation letter & De-registration to Nürnberg address.
Also I have sent cancellation letter & De-registration email to impressum@cc.o2online.de
Still my contract is extended . I’m really frustrated with O2 service .
- No-one helped me in O2 stores for cancellation.
- Phone call is taking lot of time to talk to Support team.
- No proper Email where I can get support.
Request you to provide me Email address where I can get proper response
I do not know what could I do to cancel my contract.
Can someone please help me,
I do not speak german and is complicated to get in touch with someone that speaks english!
Ill appreciate if you can help me!
