Hello,


I have moved out of Germany in DECEMBER LAST YEAR!!!! I have cancelled my contract and paid the rest of the remaining price of my phone, and now I see I GET A NEW CONTRACT FOR MORE ONE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

PLEASE GET ME OUT OF THIS

You are completely right with your opinion cancelling your contract just in time. As requested it was finished last year in November. But you own more than one contract and there was no indication to stop the other contracts, too. 

As far as I can see my colleagues got your extraordinary cancellation request due to living abroad. Plese send them the proofs they asked for and your last mobile phone number will be finished as soon as possible.

You already have ALL the proof that I changed country - which was all shown when I cancelled all my contracts with you.

No, they don’t. Your papers send for Contract 1 is stored under Contract 1, and deleted after cancelling was finished.
