You are completely right with your opinion cancelling your contract just in time. As requested it was finished last year in November. But you own more than one contract and there was no indication to stop the other contracts, too.
As far as I can see my colleagues got your extraordinary cancellation request due to living abroad. Plese send them the proofs they asked for and your last mobile phone number will be finished as soon as possible.

No, they don’t. Your papers send for Contract 1 is stored under Contract 1, and deleted after cancelling was finished.
