I am an O2 customer having "O2 Free S plus - 2017" package against my number.
The contract is valid till 29.12.2019 and latest contract cancellation date is 27.09.2019.
I do not want to continue with your service and wish to cancel the contract (3 month notice period). Is there any template/sample letter of the cancellation available that i could use? If so, please send me that template. Also, if i send you the cancellation notice (3 month notice period), would i still be able to use the service for those 3 months?

Do you have a fixed-term contract of 24 months? If so, then unfortunately there is no way to terminate the contract prematurely. You can submit the cancellation now, but it will only take effect at the end of the contractually agreed term. Or do you possibly have a monthly terminable contract (flex contract)?

The problem is I was overcharged in the month of august even though I wasn’t in the country. I had turned off this number while I was away.
also, its more like I am being overcharged for the internet. After 20gb I am overcharged.

What do you think was incorrectly calculated?
Please tell us the items on your invoice.
And when you were abroad, where were you exactly (in which country)? And what do you mean you turned off the number at the time? Did you have the mobile data deactivated at the time or what can I imagine by that?

sorry for such a delayed reply, I wasn’t keeping well.
I was in India from August-October, and then also I was charged more than my basic postpaid fees, even though I had turned this number off while in India.
Also, some volders company is asking for money as I was looking for ways to end the postpaid contract, but I did not go forward with them.
I have been getting emails to pay an amount of 60 euros. I do not understand how they are related to O2, kindly clarify.
also I did get a call from a man saying your contract will be cancelled from tomorrow (this was a month and a half back). I did not respond as I wasn’t well.
please help me regarding this. I am a student, why am I being charged unnecessarily that too with such an amount. And why am I supposed to pay this amount within 7days now.

During your stay abroad, EUR 3.55 was charged for data usage outside the EU in August. Is that what you're complaining about?
One of your contracts with us (phone number ending with -37) is cancelled by the end of the contract 09.06.2024. The other one is not cancelled.
