I have been using two O2 mobile connections for the last two years. Recently, the contract for one SIM ended, and I canceled it. However, my other SIM is now being billed double the actual tariff amount.

Probably because you had a discount for having two contracts. It is not being billed double, it was previously being billed at 50%.

No, I didn't have a discount. I took the second SIM after one year.

Hello @My G 🙂
Welcome to our community. Nice that you have found your way here.
As bs0 has already pointed out, you probably had a combination benefit of 50% with your second contract, which has now been canceled because the first contract was terminated.

Please take a look at your mobile phone bill from the previous months, is there a combination benefit listed there as a discount?
Best regards
Kathi
