I left Germany 6 months ago and at that moment i could not get my abmeldung, but now i managed to get it by email and i want to cancel my contract ! Where can i make the request?

Dear Andrea, I was expecting an online form or at least a support email where I can send the request as we are living in the digital age!

Is this the only way to cancel a contract accepted by O2?

yes, I am sorry, but we offer no service by email. This form is the only way to cancel a contract when you are moving abroad. 😕
