Contact point for Cancelling the SEPA direct debit


Hi,

 

I need to cancel my SEPA direct debit for my number. I already read the forum, and it says that I need to write to you since I couldn't cancel thins on the MeinO2 app. So, I would be much obliged if you would kind;y guide me to what email or address I should write an email and officially ask for the revoke of the SEPA direct debit?

You can revoke your SEPA mandate in writing via letter to the following address:
