Hello, I’ve been having constant wifi interruptions for the past severals days. The router just stops responfding for several minutes (not oven the setting page works)…. I am using HomeSpot 5g (12437 x Berlin), could you please assist here?

the interruption is in the WiFi Connection between the HomeSpot unit and the rest of your hardware or is the HomeSpot itself losing the LTE data connection?

Hello Sven, pretty much yes. This has not happened before; I tried switching the Router to work in 4g and it seems to help but only partially. I also tried switching betweent 2.4Hz and 5Hz - but I don’t think that helped….

Hello Sven, during the night the internet was working perfectly, but right now the issues started to occur again. During such downtimes I am not even able to go to o2.spot to check the preferences.. I’d be grateful for the prompt response as I need stable connection for my work
In addition, I’ve noticed that overall my 5g connection on my phone has stopped working. I was only able to get data after switching to LTE

Für eine schnelle Lösung helfen oft auch folgende Tipps:
- Handy neu starten
- Prüfen, ob „Nicht stören“, „Ruhe“ bzw. „Flugmodus“ aktiviert ist
- Sicherstellen, dass „Mobile Daten“ aktiviert sind
- WLAN-Anrufe aktivieren
Update um 10:07 (halbstündliche bis einstündliche Aktualisierung).
