Hi guys,

recently I have clicked in app the prolongation check. 

it says that there is no more contract with connect option and I need to call to hotline if I want to prolong such contract.

Can you tell me how it looks like, if we are talking about prices, is it something I will need to pay in addition to the proposed prolongation offer? or I will get some other offer but with connect option?

The Connect option is no longer included in our new tariffs
It will be charged at EUR 5. 
Which tariff do you currently have and which one would you like to switch to? 
Should we make you an offer here via the community?

I am contacting you here to inform you about the Connect function. This is now included free of charge with contract renewals if it was previously included in the tariff. Unfortunately 💙 you can't extend your contract online with Connect, you can only do this through us.
If your contract is active and you would like to receive an offer from us by e-mail, please let us know.
