confusion regarding my payment of my contract


I have a big confusion regarding my payment to my contract. i got the contract costed 86.99 euro per month last May 2022. at first they deducted me 105 euro in April 29, 2022, that was the time when I got the phone. Then they deducted again 7 euro on april 30, 202. On May 30 they deducted me 58 euro in my account and 7 euro on May 31, 2022. An this Month 10th of June they deducted me 135.06 euro which made me more confusion, Why is it that cost me too much payment or deduction from my account. Please help me, I took this contract because I thought I can save but seems this contract will corrupt me. thanks

Hello @heisen12 ,

I assume that you have a mobilecontract and also bought a phone from o2.  If that is the case, the contract and the phone will be billed separately. Do you have a single contract together with the phone or do you maybe have more than one contract. If these run under different accounts in our systems the contracts could have different billingdates, which might explain the timeframe of the debits. Why the sum are so different there could be several reasons, you’d best take a look at the bills that are provided to you in your mein o2.

Can i send it here my receipt so u could see it? The staff is not that good in speaking english. He just told me that i only pay for 86.99 euro per month for both phone and simcard. So i was confused when I pay 135.06 euro.

you can post your bills here, just make sure to not show any personal information from them like your phone number as this community is public and viewable by anyone with an internet connection 😊.

Hello, I went to My bank and ask the unexplainable deductions and it they explained it to me. And I went also to O2 shops and showed the unexplainable payments which made me more confused. They get more than 86 euro per month. When I went to O2 shop they said the system was wrong deducting more than 86 euro, so they said they will correct it. i asked them if it is refundable but they said they will deduct it to my next payment but until now still they are getting more than the 86 euro that I applied for the contract.and it made me more angry about it.i will send all the rechnung here. I dont speak and understand german well so pls help me cause this is mad.

The simcard 1 and 2, because the contract that I applied is cost 86.99 euro. Wherein they explained me that 57 is for the Phone and the remaining is cost for both the simcards. 
 

  86.99 euro - contract

- 57 euro -Phone

————

29.99 euro

 

cause if you get the total except for the verbindung and services, then why is it that I pay more still? I already complained on the shop but still im waiting. And as the month goes by O2 still deducting more. I hope you can see this thing, cause this is not acceptable.

Has the shop you’ve visted let you know when the correction should be visible?

Also, did you close the contracts online or in an o2 shop? Have you recieved a contract confirmation after closing the contracts and which overall prices and discounts does it show?
