Conference call

Dear O2 Team,

 

I have a contract with mobilcom debitel and the network is from O2.

 

I am looking to activate conference call option.

 

I tried contacting mobilcom debitel but they couldn’t do it and telling the reason as the network is O2 and there is no option to activate the conference call service.

 

Can you please help me to fix the problem.

o2 has nothing to do with Mobilcom Debitel apart fom the fact that they both use the Telefonica network. If Mobilcom Debitel do not offer the service with their contracts there is nothing o2 can do to change that.

@bs0 is totally right. As we do not have any data of your contract, only your provider Mobilcom Debitel can help you to activate conference-calling if they offer this.
