Dear all,
I am starting to believe that o2 deliberately mislead customers to get them to sign contracts.
About a month ago, I was convinced by an o2 representative in the o2 shop in Essen to enter a contract. The contract according to him, stipulated a monthly fee of 35 euros, due to a campaign that was ongoing . I asked for a copy of the contract , to which I was told I would receive it by email. Upon receipt of the contract however, I noticed that the bonus was not included, so I went back to the store and he highlighted a part in the contract that showed the discount will later on me added and I should wait for my first invoice. First invoice comes and yet again, the discount was missing. At this point he contacted o2 center and reassured me that I will receive a refund. 2 weeks later I receive a call from o2 representative telling me that the employee at the store had made a mistake, and that I was not eligible for the discount, she advised that I should go back to the store and have the contract cancelled. Went back to the store just to find out it no longer exists. Since then I have been trying to get my contract annulled only to receive a message today telling me that I should have been aware that I was not eligible for the bonus because I signed the contract . Really o2?
