I went to this store and was refused any help or explenation on how to buy a data package for my pre paid sim. I want to make a formal complaint against O.A.

I explained that even if they couldn’t do it, as has been done for me in 02 UK then at least explain. I was told no and instructed to go to Saturn for help. So to be clear, I walked into 02 and required help with an 02 matter and was pointed to Saturn for assistance. This sounds absolutley crazy to anybody with an understanding of customer service. 

I left and went to Saturn, they sent me back to 02. Again, I asked and explained that my German isn’t very good and I need help to complete this task. O.A said no. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he wasn’t there by O.A

I was really disappointed that a brand I respected and chose when I arrived due to my trust in it just violated my choice to telephone with them. My data was used automatically on my phone and as a result I didn’t have enough to get the 19.99 L pack. This morning I returned to the store and was refused help again by O.A. I asked if the manager was there. He said, he was the manager. This contradicts what he previously said to me.

In the end, staff at Saturn had to help me resolve this problem.

I’m leaving 02 now because I feel that the customer service ethics of 02 Germany is clearly much different to that of the UK and frankly it’s disapointing, but first I want to launch a formal complaint against O.A. I have his full name but obviously I wouldn’t post it it here. Can someone contact me directly so I can give the individals details.
