Dear O2 support team,

I have a real issue. I ordered my phone in a shop Tuesday last week and I was supposed to get my phone on Thursday but that same day I got an email from o2 saying that my ordered was cancelled (I still don’t know why) and that o2 is getting back the phone and I’m getting back my money. The thing is that I still want the phone and I called on Friday to o2 and they told me that I was going to get an email today but I  haven’t get any email yet and that they are sending the phone again but i don’t know how that’s going. I also went to the shop where I bought the phone and the guy that works there didn’t wanted to help me, saying it was my problem not his. Hope you can help me really soon with this issue because I still don’t have my phone and I’m not getting any answers or feedback from o2. Thank you.

did you get your phone or can we assist you? In case it’s been rejected due to a failed credit check, the chance for another order is very low, if this was the reason.

Did you get the email?
