I have been charged twice.

Can someone check my account in here?

Edit by o2_Tatjana: moved thread to an other category

Hi!

Charged twice for the same pack or charged for different two packs?

Check it here: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/auf-ab-buchungen
2 different packs.

But the first one has been terminated in less than a day!

First I had this one: o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L

Then I had top up another 15 euros to select a package, this time I chose o2 my Prepaid S
I cancelled the first one, but the app wasn't accepting my action. Then once it accepted, it cancelled my every package I had.
Most of the packs will renewed automatically, if your balance is equal or more than the pack price. If you won't renew a pack or will exchage it with another one, you must first deactivate/cancel the pack and than should you top up your balance. And now you can book another one.

A moderator will check, if a refund for the first pack is possible.

Please wait for further informations (maybe in the next 24 hours)
Hello @darvishzadeh and welcome to the o2 Community!

@TBCMagic kindly explained the situation, for goodwill i refunded you the price for the Data Pack L. :)

Greetings, Katja

No!

If you use the system in a wrong way, you will not get the maximum for your money. Nothing else.

Hello,

I charged twice for 10 Euro and only charged a small package and have no more credit right now!

Please help me to return the charge!
thanks

Hello @Minami,

as I can see, your issue has been taken care of in this thread already.
In order to avoid confusion or miscommunication, it’d be best to not post in several threads; so if you have any further questions, feel free to use the other thread. :relaxed:

Best regards,
Jan.
