Charged for o2 Music Download/o2 Germany


I am being charged by O2 for downloading music from ‘o2 Music Download/o2 Germany’. Whereas I have not at all downloaded any music at all. I have noticed these deductions since March and I am being charged every week for this. Can somebody from O2 team look into this issue and give me more information regarding these deductions as I have not purchased any music.

Also there are transactions for MMS/Internet in my bill. I am not able to understand why these transactions appear in my bill as I have not used these services.

Kindly help in this regard.

Hi @Abhay Pai,

 

welcome to our English community.

 

I just checked your subscription. You ordered a music package on 28th February 2020 and it was charged with 3,95 € each week.

 

But I will help you. I just cancelled this subscription now for you.

 

Additionally, please be aware of the fact that without an activated internet-package, you will always be charged with 0,99 € per day if you use the mobile internet.

I actually don’t remember activating the music package or it might have been a mistake. I haven't used this subscription to listen any music and had cost me more than €20. Also when I tried to check it in Mein O2 app, I could not find this subscription active in any category. Can you tell me how I can check if such packages are active. Can this money be refunded?

there has been a song request which coincides with the subscription.

The interface can be a bit tricky in that regard, one really has to check which payment method is enabled for the transaction.

In your case, it seems to have been the subscription.

 

I can count 6 payments for the subscription, which equals 23,70 €.

I´ve requested a refund for that. If successful, you should receive a message from us.
