Hi, 

You have charged my credit card twice (2x60EUR plus 2x1EUR) and the balance is not shown on the account. 
1.This is ridiculous. Not even once this worked. How am I supposed to make important calls?

2.Your hotline is paid. How can I can I call if I don’t have any balance even though you charged me all together 122EUR?

3.Your Whatsapp chat - why the hell you have the chat when nobody answers?! I wrote you at 18.33pm, still waiting for your „Mitarbeiter“ 

4.Your app and website keeps crashing. Do you even care?
