Charged by O2 7,99 for Verbindungen & Services

I got charged by O2 7,99 for Verbindungen & Services and I’m not sure what did I use for them to charge me this, can someone clarify this and if I can get these refunded? My package is for 33 Euros per month for unlimited data. 

Also can someone help me if I can cancel my contract with O2 for a prepaid sim and get a postpaid one with the same number?

It could be an o2 Games subscription for EUR 7.99 per month, for example.
