Hi,

I've just made a purchase for 2 pre paid SIM cards and used 2 alternative delivery addresses of 2 friends who would receive and activate the SIM cards for me. After receiving the email confirmation of the purchase, I realized that for activation it requires me to do video proving of my ID. Therefore, I have 2 questions:

1- Can a friend activate the SIM card for me or is mandatory that I need to verify my ID by own in order to activate?

2 - In case I'm required to activate by myself, I need urgently to change the address for my own address instead, so that I can do the activation by myself. I tried to access my order via the Mein O2 portal with no success. Tried also the hotline but it is impossible to get to talk to a person without speaking German.

Please, I need to get this clarified and solved asap, before it is shipped to the addresses stated in the purchase. In case change in the address is not possible, I need to cancel the 2 orders and make 2 new ones with delivery address = my own address.
