Hello, 

I would like to report a sittuation where my cellular signal is on zero at Lörrach/Brombach. Its been a 4th week now and i cannot acces to my 5g internet so I've been to o2 shop and they said report it online or call them so you can get a money back cause of the problem. 

Will wait for the answers and when will be the problem solved. I did paid extra cash to get internet at home because of my work!

Hello @Amar.i ,

three of the stations around your address are currently not functioning properly, you should still issue a report online as bs0 showed you, as this is important to receive the reimbursement once the issue has been fixed. As of right now we have no enddate for these three stations, when you give out the Feedback through the LiveCheck you can also ask to receive further information for this by SMS.
