i have a new contract with an O2/vodaphone Shop. its already 13 days and still the cellphone is not yet there i already told the shop i would like to cancel the contract. i already visited the shop many times but they are blaming the O2 System. i was already charged for the monthly payment and i also paid 85euros in the shop because the phone will be arriving in the shops thats his explanation. and today the 13th day they say i need to wait for them to call or text me but it always never happens is this a type of scam from the shop and are they using O2? or its a regular problem. my patience is already finished. im too tired about this. i dont know to whom i should make a complain to?
