ive been trying to upload money to this useless simcard since last week. i sent money to this IBAN, after sending a blank SMS to O2. they returned my money after 4 days. no reason.

For some reason it doesnt accept my credit card either. Some “error” when literally i do shopping w this credit card all the time everywhere else.

I try the SMS method, it says theres an error, connect to customer service. Which i cannot do because theyre like “oh youre prepaid call this other number” and the other number doesnt refer me anywhere as far as i can tell because i cant speak german.

i tried whatsapp im waiting forever now.

Not to mention i accidentally used up all of my money of 10euros without knowing because I thought I bought a specific tariff because the package I bought had a SPECIFIC TARIFF on it. not some open plan as I have right now.

PLUS i cant login to o2 community with my phone number, and it doesnt accept my email, apparently its taken… by me..

ANYWAYS can someone here help me load money to my account then transfer me to the 4GB data plan. I would appreciate it. i spend over a week just by waiting for telefonica to return my money. now its weekend again

someone here wanted to help me last week by enrolling me to a specific tariff, but i cant click on that link (yknow the link in your email stating hey you got an answer) and stay LOGGED IN at the same time… so i have to ask again.

short question: did you already register your prepaid sim-card and identify yourself so that it is free to use?
I am sorry if you already did and this question seems meaningless to you, but I just need that information to go on and find a solution.
So, you’re already using your card and the top-up doesn’t work?
