Cannot get support

Hello!
I am getting emails with invoices while I am not a o2 client. I don’t use it or even live in Germany. It’s happening already for a long time.
Can someone help me?

Edit by MXP_Alex: Moved to English o2 Community; unsure if it’s Mobile or DSL.

It’s mobile, I think.

@AST85 Since you have never been an o2 customer and no money will be debited from your foreign account, someone will have entered the wrong email address when the contract was signed.  Have a little patience until an o2 moderator appears here and takes care of that for you.

Hi @AST85 ,
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. My guess is also @Joe Doe´s , that a customer just gave a wrong mail address, unless you have debits on your bank account.
I assume this is about the mail address you used to register with us here? If so, we will of course contact our customer and ask him to update his data.
Kind regards
Larissa

Yes. It's email I am registered with.
I was in Germany for several days and bought some sim card. No sure if it was o2 but maybe.
Then I tried to activate it but not succeeded. It was all in german I understood nothing.
So I never used it. I did not sign any contract.

I just put sim card into trash after. No calls/sms/internet used.

Hi @AST85,

thank you for your reply.

I have informed our customer and asked him to contact us for reconciliation of his contact details. For data protection reasons, I am of course not allowed to simply change/delete his/her data, so you may still receive a few emails from us.
I hope I could help you with this and I keep my fingers crossed that the data will be changed quickly.
Best regards
Larissa
