Cannot activate SIM card for homespot

Hello,

Need some assistance in activating my O2 homespot sim. The link for activation www.o2.de/aktivieren does not work. I tried the other link freischalten.o2.de/freischalten but it keeps on asking for the sim mobile number to activate however there is none found on the homespot sim card sent to me, only a SIM Karten Nummer . Please can someone help?  I cannot call the hotline as my Deutsch is not that good
