Hello! I'm trying to access Mein O2 to get the bills for the last two months - however, after logging in I am taken to the help page and not any further. I thought it was a temporary technical problem, but I've been trying for weeks now.

Please help me solve this issue. Thanks in advance!

did you already try to reset your password? Maybe that would be an easier option. I did that several times before, because I lost track of all my passwords, that I needed to remember.

Please clear your cache and cookies once and then log in with your landline number. If the login with the landline number does not work, please register again with the landline number for Mein o2 and try again.
