Postpaid contract: The direct debit (SEPA Mandat) must be revoked by mail (letter).
Prepaid contract: Direct debit should be revoked by mail. Can also revoked by the o2 prepaid customer care, i.e. using the o2 prepaid customer chat (o2 Prepaid Kundenchat): www.o2.de/chat
o2 employees here in the forum don`t remove / delete any SEPA mandates.

There is no email address for your request. You have to contact o2 by post.
